Your Privacy
ScarJack Games respects your privacy. BLOXL does not operate advertising, analytics or tracking systems, and ScarJack Games does not collect or store personal information from BLOXL players on its own servers.
BLOXL uses certain Apple services, including Game Center, when you choose to use features that depend on those services. Information processed by Apple through those services is subject to Apple's privacy practices.
What we collect
Nothing is collected by ScarJack Games. We do not collect, store, or share personal information from BLOXL. The App does not require a ScarJack Games account, does not ask for your name or email, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
What stays on your device
The App saves certain preferences and local game information — such as settings, high scores, tutorial completion, and your Global Leaderboards participation preference — on your device using Apple’s standard storage. This information is not transmitted to ScarJack Games.
Game Center and Global Leaderboards
BLOXL includes optional global leaderboard features provided through Apple Game Center. Participation in global leaderboards is entirely optional.
Before BLOXL submits any gameplay score to an Apple Game Center leaderboard, you will be shown an in-app notice explaining how the leaderboard feature works. BLOXL will not submit leaderboard scores unless you explicitly choose Join Leaderboards.
If you choose to join the global leaderboards:
- Your gameplay scores may be submitted directly to Apple Game Center.
- Your scores may appear on Game Center leaderboards alongside your Game Center profile.
- Apple processes Game Center information in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy.
- ScarJack Games does not receive or store your Game Center identity or leaderboard scores on its own servers.
If you choose Play Without Leaderboards, you can continue to play BLOXL normally and your gameplay scores will not be submitted to the global leaderboards by BLOXL.
Changing Your Leaderboard Preference
You can change your leaderboard participation preference at any time from:
BLOXL → Settings → Global Leaderboards
Turning Global Leaderboards off prevents BLOXL from submitting future gameplay scores to Game Center leaderboards.
If you later choose to enable Global Leaderboards again, BLOXL will show the leaderboard information and ask for your consent before leaderboard score submission is enabled.
Third-Party Services
BLOXL may use Apple services provided as part of iOS, including Apple Game Center. When you use Game Center features, Apple may process information associated with your Apple Account or Game Center profile in accordance with Apple’s privacy practices.
ScarJack Games does not use third-party advertising networks, behavioural tracking services, or third-party analytics SDKs in BLOXL.
Children’s privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
